To All Teachers and Staff Members,
A rich and colorful campus life is so important for the teachers and staff that their leisure life can be enriched and communication enhanced, and a sense of community is thus developed. Now upon the beginning of a new year, SCBC has decided to throw a recreation party for the teachers and staff of the college. The details of the party are as follows:

(1) Recreation Games（15:00-17:30）
The number of games for each player is limited to ten. Success of each game is rewarded with a coupon worth RMB 3 yuan.
(2) Gala Evening（19:00-21:30）
The labor unions of all departments and divisions separately present one or two programs for the Gala Evening and run for the following awards:
The Top Winner: RMB 10000 yuan;
2 First Prize winners: RMB 5000 yuan each;
5 Second Prize winners: RMB 2000 yuan each; and
8 Third Prize winners: RMB 1000 yuan each.
(3) Lottery (Drawn during the Gala Evening)
Awards for lottery winners are as follows:
The Top Winner: Lenovo IBM 12.5 inch laptop worth RMB 5000 yuan;
2 First Prize winners: Apple iPad 3 (16G) worth RMB 3400 yuan each;
3 Second Prize winners: Samsung S7562 smartphone worth RMB 2100 yuan each;
5 Third Prize winners: bicycle worth RMB 900 yuan each;
5 Fourth Prize winners: bicycle worth RMB 760 yuan each;
10 Fifth Prize winners: bicycle worth RMB 300 yuan each;
30 Sixth Prize winners: Midea electric pressure cooker worth RMB 300 yuan each;
50 Seventh Prize winners: Midea electric cooker worth RMB 200 yuan each; and
100 Eighth Prize winners: a package of gifts worth RMB 100 yuan each.
5. Remarks
(1) Each prize must be claimed at its announcement by the holder of the lottery ticket (with the holder’s name on it and issued ahead of lottery) and his/her college ID card. Unclaimed prizes will automatically enter the next round of the draw.
(2) Shuttles: The 4:30 bus will go as usual on the afternoon of the day, but the 5:20 shuttles will be cancelled. After the Gala Evening, shuttles to Guangzhou will be available at 9:30 at the North Gate of the college.
(3) This Recreation Party is organized by the Labor Union of SCBC. All teachers and staff members are invited and expected.
