Commencement of 2015 Class: 1902 Earned Bachelor’s Degree
The commencement was held on June 27 in SCBC’s amphitheater by the business center for the graduation of 2015 class. 1902 graduates have earned the Bachelor’s Degree.
Delegation of Guangzhou Consulate General of Argentina Visits SCBC
A delegation headed by Matías Valentín Castellano, Consul of the Guangzhou Consulate General of Argentina, visited SCBC on the afternoon of June 25. Vice Presidents Zhili Lai, Xinjie Wang and staff from the Center for International Cooperation and Exchange received the guests in Room 309 of Administration Building.
Hoping to take the Consul’s lectures at SCBC as an opportunity of promoting cooperation and exchange with Argentina's colleges and universities, Vice President Lai says that in recent years, SCBC has actively initiated cooperation with foreign universities. As many as those from 15 countries and regions have so far established the cooperative relationship to exchange teachers and students, and SCBC welcomes to cooperate with more such universities in order to better train the students with the international vision and innovative ideas. Consul Castellano says he is happy to visit SCBC and, being a graduate student in a distance education himself, he also hopes to start more cooperation with SCBC in the aspect of education,.
Consul Castellano then gave a talk to the students of Spanish language major on the topic of the differences of the Spanish language between Argentina and Spain.
