The College has the following notice for 2016 New Year’s Day and winter vacation.
The 2016 New Year's Day holidays are a total of three days, from January 1st (Friday) to 3rd (Sunday), in which January 1st is the statutory holiday and the 2nd and 3rd are the weekend.
Normal work and classes duly resume on January 4th, Monday.
For students, the winter vacation starts on January 16th (Saturday) and ends on February 26th (Friday). Returning student registry is on February 27th (Saturday) and classes begin on February 29th (Monday).
For faculty and staff, winter vacation starts on January 18th (Monday) and ends on February 26th (Friday). All work duly resumes on February 27th (Saturday).
January 16th (Saturday) and January 17th (Sunday), the last weekend days before winter vacation, are normal work days, by which all the faculty should well complete scoring of final exams, inputting of student exam records and other related tasks.
