All Departments:
1. The summer vacation for students begins on July 8, 2016, and concludes on September 2, 2016. On Saturday, September 3, 2016, students should return to campus for registration. Classes begin on Monday, September 5, 2016.
2. The summer vacation for faculty and staff begins on July 10, 2016, and concludes on August 29, 2016. On Tuesday, August 30, 2016, faculty will return to campus. From Wednesday, August 31, to Friday, September 2, 2016, training for professional development begins for faculty and staff.
3. New student registration starts from Saturday, September 10, 2016.
4. To the various departments of teaching, please remember to follow closely the guidelines for a successful end to the academic year and a smooth start to the new semester.
5. During the summer months, each department should delegate necessary responsibilities and submit them to Ms. Zhijuan Mao and also have them posted on the respective webpage.
6. During the summer months, the departments that will continue to operate, upon the approval of department heads, plan the work hours and responsibilities accordingly.
