Notice of 2019 Summer Vacation
The arrangements of 2019 summer vacation are as follows:
1. The summer vacation for students will begin from June27, 2019 to September6, 2019. Students are required to return and check in on Saturday, September 7 and attend classes on Monday, September 9.
2. The summer vacation for the faculty and staff will begin from June 30, 2019 to September 3, 2019. All teachers and staff members are required to attend a three-day training session from Thursday, September 5 to Saturday, September 7.
3. New student registration starts on Saturday, September 14, 2019. There will be a three-day freshmen orientation session between Sunday, September 15 and Tuesday, September 17, and classes will begin on Wednesday, September 18.
4. Please ensure the work of final exams, practical training, or other related tasks by the end of this semester, and prepare for the work of teaching or other related tasks for the next semester.
5. All units in the college must, in accordance with the relevant arrangements, fulfill their due responsibilities, for example, in holding the 2019 commencementceremony, ensuring that all goes well during the graduation season.
