On March 1, the three full-time supervisors of our school's teaching supervision committee, Professor Zhou Wengui, Professor Gao Xiongfei, and Professor Xiong Kuanghan, inspected the teaching work on the first day of the new semester.
The inspections in the teaching buildings of A, B, D, E, F, and G showed that teachers and students of the whole school were able to attend classes on time according to the schedule, and the overall teaching order was good. No teacher or student absence, late arrival, early departure, and students staying in the corridor were found. In the classroom, the teachers were fully prepared, energetic, serious, and full of passion. Most of the students are dedicated to the class, and the classroom atmosphere is good.
Of course, the inspection also found some problems and areas for improvement. For example, some classrooms are loosely managed and students sit less concentrated, but the front row seats are more vacant; or the phenomenon of individual students swiping their mobile phones still exists, and teachers fail to detect them in time and stop them; In addition, the voice of some teachers is small and the classroom atmosphere is relatively sluggish; in terms of educational arrangements, the teacher posted on the class schedule outside individual classrooms is not the same person as the actual teacher, and there is also a phenomenon that small classes occupy large classrooms.
